If I'm dealt a pair of twos and a pair of fives i throw away the fives trying to get the four of a kind. My husband says that's wrong. Who's right? Thanks for your help!

Your husband. Keep the two pair unless one of them is Aces, in which case hold only the Aces and toss the other 3 cards.

JB is, as usual, correct. Also, break up Aces Full to go for the 4 Aces.
